i am a 65 year old retired career changer. I had always wanted to own business it was my dream.    Three years I had to go out on sick leave.  My employer didn't want to extend my leave and I was let go.  I had worked for them for twenty years.  I decided then  that I needed to start my own business.  My passion has always been cooking and baking, so I decided to go to culinary school.  Not only did receive one degree I received three!  Culinary arts, baking and pastry and hotel/restaurant management.
