I am married and have two daughters and two grandsons.  I baked teacakes with my mother when I was young and my daughters baked with me.  I was asked to bake Christmas cookies one year for several ladies at work and I decided to make a little money doing something I love to do. In 2005, "teacakes by elizabeth carroll" was born.  My business is named in honor of my two daughters, Meri Elizabeth and Susan Carroll.
