My obsession with iced cookies came about quite by accident; near the end of 2015 I got bitten by the doodling bug, and whilst Googling various mehndi designs I stumbled over mehndi iced cookies; and that was the beginning of my husband's kitchen nightmare. So, I have spent the last 6 months perfecting a really yummy gluten-free sugar cookie (my guinea pigs; I mean work colleagues can't tell it's GF) and being inspired by Pintrest & YouTube vids. My icing techniques are improving and I have now joined a local artisan market.
