Cake decorator and teacher based in Milan, Italy. In these 10 years I have had the honor of learning from amazing teachers like Sir. Eddie Spence, Kathleen Lange, Alan Dunn, Carlos Lischetti, Marta Torres, Kelvin Chua. I am the author of " Manuale della ghiaccia reale" the first italian book dedicated to royal icing released in 2015. I was awarded in 2015 with the first gold in the international category at Cake International Birmingham and with another gold in 2016. I was finalist in the Cake Masters awards 2017 in the royal icing category and 2019 in the painting category. In 2017 I started experimenting the palette knife tecnhique on cakes creating my own teaching method that I called "Materika"
