My name is Pam Maze and I got bit by the cookie decorating bug about 2 years ago.  Now I have a entire room dedicated to cookies.  I even put a kitchen island in it!  I do 3 to 4 orders a month (depending on the time of year) making cookies to sell.  Sometime I am so excited to give the customer their cookies but other (most times) i am nervous that they will  not like them.  But decorating cookies is when I feel the most relaxed.  And I love watching Julia's video's.  I learn so much!
