I'm a classically trained, fine artist with a passion for baking and sugar art! I have over 30 years experience in the confectionary community in the United States and in Europe in pastry, cake and cookie decorating and sugar art. I am bilingual in Italian from birth, and own an adventure/specialty tour company specializing in educational workshops taught by celebrities in the niche, embedded in out of the box, immersion tours based in Northern Italy. I have been awarded #1 cooking school vacation in Northern Italy several times by leaders in the tour industry over the last 10 years. 

I specialize in hand painted cookies and cakes and own an artful confectionary business based in Maryland and Virginia called Countryside Confections.
