I make and decorate cookies and cakes as a hobby. I've never had the opportunity to take classes, so what I know, I've learned from hours and hours of youtube videos. In fact I think the 1st cookie video I watched was Julia Usher and I've been obsessed ever since. I would love to be able to do it full time, but so far cookies don't pay the rent. I love to experiment with recipes and designs, which my family and friends love...I (lovingly) call them my guinea pigs.
