I love to decorate cakes and cookies, especially hand painted decorations and also, chocolate modelling. I really enjoy the gourmet pastries, and my desire is to unite all in one building creative and especial gourmet patisserie. I come from the world of consulting, and always I used to do the most creative works and pressentations. When I had my two children, I decided to stop travelling for work and I turned around my life. I was lucky enough to turn my dream into reality , opening my pastry in May 2015
