I've been working in the baking industry for over 27 years.  Have competed in several competitions but mostly for cake decorating.  I love decorating cookies but find that our area doesn't compensate for the time so I don't offer them to clientele.  Decorating is my artistic outlet and no matter how many times I try to retire, it's just never going to happen!
