Mille Baldwin, founder of Eloise's Pastries has been producing beautiful and delicious cakes, cookies and pastries for over 30 years, including during her time living overseas in Argentina. When a life-threatnening illness struck her daughter in 2006, Mille put her baking on hold. Once her daughter’s health stabilized and now living in Virginia, Eloise’s Pastries was born. Making “fabulous lemonade” out of some tough lemons, Mille modified her home to operate from there with commercial equipment, added her team of Pastry Artists and Bakers, all so she can care and supervise the 24-7 care that her daughter requires!
