I'm a self-taught (school of YouTube) award-winning baker and cookie artist. I've been baking my whole life but have fallen head-over-heels in love with cookies since June of last year when someone asked me to make cookies and I told them I wasn't very good at it but I would try...That order kicked things into high gear and since, I've had over 170 request from people in 10 months in addition to my full time job. Someone else is finally funding my "arts and crafts" addiction. 
I couldn't have imagined this is what empty nesting would look like for me but I am thrilled with this unintended turn of events.
