Christine is a home baker who turned her decade long sugar cookie hobby into a full time passion.  Christine opened Ishy’sBakeshop in 2019 specializing in royal icing decorated sugar cookies for all occasions, and has provided custom designed cookies for hundreds of exciting celebrations.  Her artistic background comes from her professional training and an architect, but cookies are her preferred medium today because it’s art you can eat!  She loves to share daily cookie decorating tutorials on social media, and has been teaching classes since2020 in hopes to make this challenging medium moreapproachable and fun!
