I make cakes and cookies for friends and family and co-workers on a regular basis.  I have a few cooking classes under my belt but I am primarily self-taught.  I've learned a ton from online video tutorials.  I enjoy creating and decorating cookies in my spare time after work.  It's a great creative outlet after a long day at a desk job.  I really enjoy seeing people's reaction when presented with a personalized cookie.  So much fun!
