I've been baking all of my life (self-taught).  Owned and operated a Cookie Florist business for the past 27 years.  I use round shaped homemade cookies with 9 different flavors in my arrangements.   I've always steered clear of the decorated shortbread cookies, but now I'm fascinated with them.  I've bought one of your books, and I think I have watched every cookie decorating video out there.  II've been experimenting somewhat with them, and now want to add them to my shop.  It's scary and exciting!
