For most, cooking and baking are one of those necessary evils. I, on the other hand, find it a pleasure and have been baking for family and friends for years. A few short years ago I stumbled upon a new found passion...THE ART OF COOKIE DECORATING...and oh my...what a passionate journey it has been! Although working full time for the Department of Justice and staying on top of cookie orders creates quite a challenge at times, I am forever humble and grateful for the outpouring of support. Best Cookie Memory
My best cookie memory comes for 2009 when I was watching Martha Stewart and her guest, "Sweet Dani B", make cute decorated sugar cookies for a baby shower. They were hanging them on a tree as part of the decor and invited guest to take one home with them. As I watched in awe.....I thought, "I can do that"! So I ordered a onesie cookie cutter and a few supplies....and the rest as they say is history.
