I'm a radiology nurse who was introduced to decorating cookies through another school mother at our annual bake stall 8 years ago. As I had to give up art in school to do more maths/science subjects, this has re-ignited my latent artistic yearnings! I am an avid follower of many US bakers & love challenging myself to try & re-create their designs & learn new techniques. I've just taken the big step of going legit & now have my food licence - so I can now introduce my cookies to the rest of Queensland (& Australia
