I would love to learn how to decorate cookies using Royal Icing.  I found this site and moved quickly to all the videos and am in awe.  I usually go crazy making cookies at Christmas time only, but my cookies are generally drop cookies.  The sugar cookie cut-outs are very simplistic in nature and are purely for family enjoyment.
