I've come late to the game of pastry and cookies.  I love it and will eventually figure out how to make a living out of it.  I'm constantly trying to learn more and practicing as often as possible.  I'm doing my best not to be discouraged by the awesomeness I keep seeing around the internet as I compare those images to my current reality/ability.
