My name is Lori.  I was a licensed baker many years ago (1999 - 2006, doing cakes, pastries, chocolate and cookies for catered events.  my favorite was making 3D cookies and just bringing the cookies to life).  Our 3 kids got to be bigger and i went to work outside the home, between work and the kids we were staying busy, so I decided to stop the journey of having my own business.  Through time, I had still dabbled in cookies and did cookies (no charge) for friends/family.  I decided to get back to the basics of decorating cookies, but I wanted to modify the recipe to something I could eat.  (During this time I was diagnosed with Celiac and Fermented Carbohydrate Malabsorption)!  Hence GFDF  Cookie Creations (Gluten Free/Dairy Free) - I am not a licensed bakery and do charitable donations (Leukemia and Lymphoma Society).  When I come across that family who has a GF/DF need, I am able to do something unique for them.  This unleaded cookie recipe is quite delish if I do say so myself!  I have had many compliments and I am excited to see where this journey leads me!
