Worked in a bakery for 5 years while in high school and college. Mother was a fabulous baker and my main influencer at the beginning.  

I bake wedding and special occasion cakes and cookies. 

I am presently returning to my baking skills full time as the job market for an older worker, no matter how skilled, is very difficult. I am in the process of setting up my domain and website as of this week. My bio will change very soon.
