When I can't sleep I bake!  I'm a mom of 4 but only 1 is left at home, however not for long as he graduates soon. I'm very active and sometimes sleeping seem to be a waste of time; when I can't sleep I bake, research recipes and techniques and make lists of all the supplies I need. I'm inspired to try the many new ways to decorate cookies. The creativity I see from everyone is inspiring and frightening. Hello to all!
