I am the proprietress at Sharp Cookie in El Paso, Texas. It is a commercial kitchen with a storefront and small retail space. While the decorated cookies are our "wow" factor, we also sell 8 varieties of fresh-baked cookies, 3 brownie/bar cookies, 3 kinds of quick breads (one is seasonal - winter) and rum cakes. I have been selling cookies since 2005. I opened up my first commercial kitchen in 2007 and moved to my current location in 2011. I have 2 fabulous employees and we are experiencing another record sales year in 2015!
