I am Nicole, mom of two VERY busy healthy boys. My oldest son is on the spectrum and my youngest talks 24/7. I bake to relax and hopefully to make a successful business. 

We have lived in Ireland and Paris. I have been inspired so much by these countries. We live South Africa now.
