Although I began decorating cakes and cookies from a young age, it wasn’t until three years ago that I discovered Royal Icing and the Cookie World at my fingertips. It’s been a wild ride from there and just this past January I opened “Oh Jupiters! Bakery” from my home in Allen Tx.  I’m a baking science loving nerd and love introducing others young and old to the joys of flooding and decorating. Always ask for help. Always offer help.
