I graduated from Le Cordon Blue as a pastry chef in 2007. Since then I've started my own dessert catering business specializing in wedding cakes. I used to operate my business from home but have since moved into an off site location and consultations are by appointment only. Many of my clients are asking for specific cookies as either wedding favours or as a unique gift. After discovering Julia's wonderful books, my confidence in producing an amazing cookie has soared.  

I'm really looking forward to seeing the amazing things that other bakers are producing.
