Hi! My name is Patricia Gonzalez, I'm from Venezuela and live in Italy since last year. I have 2 children, a girl of 3 and a boy of 1 year old...my treasures 😍

My history with decorated cookies began with my daugther's first birthday/baptism. I wanted to made Angels cookies as a gift for our guests and they turned out simple but beautiful. To learn the basic techniques, I saw all the videos of JMU just because the level of detail and perfection of her cookies was and still are, amazing and I wanted to learn from the best.

In Venezuela I was a manager of a big company but here in Italy I am housewife, so last month I decided to made cookies for sale. I can't say it was a huge success but the respond was great. 

I want to continue learning techniques, perfecting the ones that already known, and find my own style. I'm sure this site will help me to achieve that.
