Owned and operated my own restaurant for 7 years.  In addition to full breakfast, lunch and dinner offerings, I did all of my own baking.  I sold a lot of cakes, cheesecakes, cookies, etc.  I am completely intrigued with new and creative ideas where food is concerned.  I now am a manager for another restaurant.  I would like to start a home based business in cookies, cupcakes, cakes, but need to hone my skills.  I am completely fearless when it comes to cooking - anything.
