Hi! I'm a mom of 3 and wife to the most wonderful man(took me round 2 to find him )  I'm culinary trained and have done small jobs(cakes, wedding cakes and desserts) for 20+ years.  Now, with my oldest in college and my other 2 not needing me hand on as much, I'm diving into something just for me!  I'm new to the world of royal icing, but I'm loving it very much and hoping to build my clientele more by offering decorated cookies.  Mostly, I do it for fun and for my "me time"!
