My name is Rachelle Nolan. I am currently a Senior at Grand Canyon University in the Early Childhood Ed. field. I started cookie-ing about 2 years ago after stumbling upon someone's cookie Instagram profile. I have always been on the creative side, and decided to try royal icing while making cookies for a friend's birthday present. Since then, my work evolved and improved, and I am still learning and teaching myself new techniques everyday! I decided to open a business from my home kitchen to help earn extra income while in college, as well as to have a creative outlet outside of school!
