I took a vo-tech cake decorating class with some girl friends over 6 years ago. Everything has just developed from what was originally a "girls-night-out" once a week to 4-5 orders a week. I work in an office job for a great company by day, but in the evenings (after the kids and sometimes the husband are fast asleep) I work on my FUN job - cakes and cookies!
