I am finally at a stage in my life where I can make the time to do things that I enjoy.  When my children were growing up I was always that Mom who tested recipes and enjoyed watching others enjoy my efforts.  Although I enjoyed my new creations, I always felt rushed.  So as time changes all things, my children are grown and my thoughts of retirement have begun to occupy my thoughts I am beginning to dabble in things that I have always enjoyed.
