When my son was young I wanted to learned how to decorate cakes, and with me living in a small town their wasnt anyone that i knew of at the time they did it.  So for his, friends, nieces and nephews birthdays I decorated their cakes.  i did a few wedding cakes.  Now on to next chapter they arent kids anymore, so Im wanting to learn and start something different. I have made the decorated sugar cookies for the Holidays.  Im wanting to learn how to do more, and start selling decorated cookies. Again, no one locally makes them.
