Have baked since I was a little girl. Fell in love with cookie decorating when searching for a favor for my daughter's baby shower. Found Sweetopia's elephant cookie and knew I had to try. It turned out to be the hit of the party!. Now we have a beautiful grandson. I work full time as a RN and after long days of lots of stress I find it relaxing to bake. Since I work in a university hospital it's always easy to get rid of my mistakes. It's a win-win!
