I have decorated cakes and cookies --strictly as a hobbyist for many years learning from my late mother-in-law using buttercream frosting but never with royal icing so am excited to try to learn this technique.  I have a full time job as a business partner with my husband in a window and screen repair company and my main hobby is making handmade cards with rubber stamps (which I have also used in stamping on fondant for cookies).  My cards don't have any calories so I can make and share those with no eating required.
