I've been interested in decorating for as long as I can remember but never was brave enough to really do a whole lot of it until I finally said what the heck and took the first three courses of Wilton cake decorating classes. I AM IN LOVE!!! Now I want to decorate everything!!! Even though I am relatively new to it I try everything I can get my hands on and every recipe, trick of the trade and suggestions or technique given to me to make it easier or quicker from others who have been doing this longer than I have, which doesn't take much! LOL! BUT Honestly, from someone who grew up where I was told I couldn't do anything right that I was petrified so bad that I wouldn't bother to even give anything a try for fear of failing especially alone to deciding to go by myself and signing up to take these classes with a bunch of total strangers to totally falling in love with what I am doing and looking forward to each new adventure whether it turns out awesome or not so great, I know that each time I do one it gets better each time!
