I'm an archaeologist by trade, but my passion is baking. I've always wanted to decorate cakes and in the process stumbled onto cookie decorating. I've been decorating cookies, mostly at Christmas, for almost 10 years now. I am constantly amazed by the talents of some of the cookie artists out there, and I love learning new techniques that they demonstrate.
