I have always wanted to learn how to make royal iced cookies.  I took my first class in August of 2018 and thought, I am NEVER going to get the hang of this.  Took another one in September and it clicked and I'm COMPLETELY obsessed!  I have made and sold and donated over 1000 cookies from October-December, while working part-time and it's been a wonderful and crazy ride!  My daughter Haley is my rockstar assistant who helps with baking, packaging, getting my supplies, craft shows and calms me down when I'm about to lose it!
