Mine is a similar story to many other home licensed bakers. After 35 years in the corporate world I decided to pursue my interests in cake decorating. One of my challenges was piping with royal  icing so I embarked on the cookie journey to hone these skills and fell in love with making these tiny adorable pieces of edible art. I still have a long way to go but enjoying every single day.
