I’m a mom to 5 and grandmom to 7 with another on the way. I’ve had three careers in my life; caterer, swim and safety instructor, and now I’m a Clinical Psychologist having earned my doctorate in 2013.  I work at a men’s prison and have a lengthy drive each day. I’m an artist, seamstress, photographer, and gourmet cook.  I’ve been baking and decorating since the age of 14 and that is also when I made my first wedding cake. Baking and decorating relax me and the result is always tasty.  I believe you are never too old to learn and that we should all be lifelong learners.
