I enjoy cooking and baking. However this is my first venture into other forms of cookies other than like oatmeal or chocolate chip, i.e. free form which are delicious.  But I know that there are many other types of cookies that I want to explore, I'm 65 and am not getting any younger and have decided now is the time to learn more.
