Vintage THANK YOU note cookie

You're going to force me to go into a craft store when I get stateside and get myself some stamps. I think this is a practical technique with wonderful results. <3

Gorgeous! How did you stamp it? Do you use a pad with coloring in it?

I never saw so goog results using a stamp! You made me reconsider my opinion about this thecnique... Congratulation!

did you use a foodsafe stamp (is there such a thing?)? I've been trying to read up on this technique but some sites are saying regular craft store stamps are toxic even if you use them exclusively for cookies. Is there some special type of stamp you use?
