I’m ringing in 2018 with these 3-D New Year’s Eve Ball Drop cookies, made of 100-percent gingerbread and royal icing with a few dragées tossed in! These cookies make a striking statement as is, but they can also be turned into functional party décor. Just fill them with candy to make either a piñata or a noisemaker!
