I made this over a long period, as I was juggling many other projects at the time. But I would say that just the oven could be decorated in 2-2 1/2 hours (max) if I worked continuously without stopping. The video is about 30 minutes, shot real-time with very little speeding up, and I do most of the work on the project in that time (except for icing some of the panels).
