I used piping, flooding and royal icing with stencils to decorate these cookies. I was thinking about the contrast that this zentangle set would have with a previous one I made, that relied heavily on royal icing and cookie color. What color variation there is here is due to the way that the various applications dried or reflected light. They are all the same icing! I picked this color because I really wanted it to blend with the cookies as well.
