Chihuly inspired cookie - process photos by Ahimsa Custom Cakes

Process photos of a cookie I posted recently. Hand cut, hand textured (uniced )cookie painted with gold rolkem,  with cut out windows, poured isomalt, gold accents and layers of spun sugar “threads” to create a woven fabric look. I also used some pulled sugar technique for the tassels.
