Cute Owls Sitting in a Tree

I was inspired by several artists with my effort in this work.  First was  @Evelindecora 's collage   https://cookieconnection.julia...ce/winter-cookies-12  (the tree branch and raw cookie collage idea).  Second was these cute cookie cutters  https://www.etsy.com/listing/1...kie?ref=yr_purchases (when are owls NOT cute?).  And Thirdly was Susan Moniz's use of Meringue Powder painting https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xlQynNd_Vb8  (great stuff!).

I plan on clear glazing (with a glaze icing recipe) the cookies before giving away, but thought they be better represented in pictures before doing so.

Then the challenge of trying to figure out who to give some of these to!  Update:  Maybe some 4yr-olds!

Thank you for sharing @Heather Bruce Sosa !  That brought me an enjoyable and thoughtful moment!   Hopefully I will be able to package them up and get them off to others where a similar smile of happy delight is aroused!
