I made Sculptural flowers on cookie for the very first time. When I saw Evgenia_ermilova’s creations Evgenia_ermilova it was something I really wanted to try, but observing Evelin’s @Evelindecora beautifulSculptural painting on cookies motivated me for this creation. This is a technique I really wanted to try; thank you so much both for the inspirations.
Initially it was a bit difficult but I could able to improve it to this level. I think I need more practice.
First I bake circle shaped cookie using chocolate cookie dough.
*Cookie size= 14 cm diameter
Next, I applied white and green RI on top of the cookie, paste a parchment paper on it, and remove the parchment paper once it completely dried to give a rustic background. This technique inspired from Hanielas Hanielas; thank you!
My apologies I couldn’t capture all the steps.
Medium -: Royal Icing and Fondant
Types of Flowers-: Open roses, Wild sunflower, Forget me not and White bell flower
Used very stiff Royal icing for “Open roses” and “Leaves”
Used Fondant for Wild sunflower, Forget me not and White bell flower. Did not use any molds or cutters, pure handmade.
This challenge was full of experiment and learning. Many new techniques tried and applied at the same time.
Such an awesome piece, dear Kanchana!!! This has been another great challenge for us all to expand our horizons, an excellent opportunity to try new techniques and mediums we didn’t even imagine we could handle. I love your sculpted roses and leaves! You did an amazing job, dear friend. ♥️

Thank you so much Gabi @Icingsugarkeks for wonderful and encouraging words.❤😘🥰 For me, the thing was not easy to work with is spatula for royal icing. It took long time than anticipated to complete the cookie.😌
I remembered your Close-up when you suggested this technique for a challenge, which is why I included it as one of the techniques to try. I thought it would be perfect for this particular challenge. The composition and arrangement of flowers really makes this look like a work of art.
