Ohhhh! I think this is the best of all the cookies posted in this challenge! And there are Springerle cookies! I want to have cookie molds!!!!!!!@ and bake Springerleeee!
So since you used the Springerle cookie recipe, after you removed the cookies from the molds, did you let them rest for 24hrs before baking them to maintain the relief?
I bake Springerle every Christmas and I've never thought to create marvelous cookies such as yours with the varieties of molds you've used. Beautiful. Pip

P.S. How thick did you make your cookies?
Yes, I did leave the cookies rest after molding. The recipe I used calls for 8 to 12 hours of resting, so these rested for almost 12 hours.
I rolled the cookies to about 3/8-inch before molding them.
These are so Beautiful Chris - I wish I knew how all the Springerle cookies I see are so white - mine came out still quite yellow. Love your selection, and quite envious of your mats/molds! lol.
