Hannah by Ahimsa Custom Cakes

Hannah Faith was born with a partial inverted duplication on the 18th chromosome. She is the only known person in the world with this. They were first told Hannah wouldn’t live more than 24 hrs. She is now 18 and at the end of her journey with just hours to a few days left.  She is an absolute angel. I was truly touched when her mother, Brenda, called me from Texas when they arrived. She asked me to tell Hannah’s story because Hannah's doctor has said her legacy will live on forever. Hannah is truly incredible. <3 The cookie portrait was a surprise keepsake for her mother. 

I used a photo of Hannah in her bed looking up at her Mom for reference. Icing Smiles called me on Sunday, and they were in TX by Friday from Maine. I was so worried they wouldn't make it in time for her to see them but they did.

Thank you for being so kind, this story truly move me, she is truly a special Mother, I know I am a mother of four healthy children and it's already difficult keep up with these kiddos, I cannot imagine being in her shoes she is truly a special soul.��
