This special set for a daddy who has a first baby. The name of the baby has two Chinese characters, one is taken from his father and another one means "Tiger"
I put the baby's name on the baby carriage. Nao is the one from his father and Tora means "Tiger" . The hands of the tiger are icing transfer. I made the hands a little big because we say if the baby has big feet he or she is going to grow big and strong.
I used a brush to make the surface of tires flat. Flat tires?!
Yellow polka dots are wet on wet. The face of tiger is icing transfer. I made the white parts first then blue part. After they dry well enough I put lines.
Babies need stuffed something, right? I put very thin icing for the inside of mouth and ears, after they are dry enough I did yellow. The surface is done with brush and yellow icing. Eyes are supposed to be buttons. I imagined how happy his parents are when the baby has the first tooth.
Aww, they are so cute and so meaningful! You have been very creative and sensitive in every detail. Thank you for sharing every step too. Congratulations, dear Ryoko!♥️

It is always fun to think about the person who gets my cookies while I design, bake and icing. The daddy might be really excited to give a part of his name and wishes for his baby to be strong as a tiger. ❤️
So sweet, once again! And I love all of the info in your comment about how/why you personalized these cookies.
Recently in Japan getting one Chinese character from a parent is very rare. That's really cute. And this year is "Year of Rabbit" not "Year of Tiger", so that's another rare thing but so Cute to be named "Tiger"
Oh how sweet dear Ryoko @Ryoko ~Cookie Ave.!! I absolutely love the baby carriage with the little face and hands poking through . So fun!! And what a lucky daddy with his first baby. Working from morning till late everyday is not exciting so I try to find something funny and happy. It is hard to find people who have a newly born baby at my office so often. How could I miss this chance to celebrate the family with a cookie set! The baby's name is very unique and cute.
How do the flowers over there look this season? They should be pretty. Those pretty banner reminds me of beautiful flowers in your country.
I miss everything, I miss you, I miss cookies, I miss Cookie Connection, I miss outside of my town.....
Oh my dear dear Ryoko,
I miss everything too! Would love to do more again... I really like the idea of baby cookies for the parents! And yes, I love the monster with the button eyes! Late summer flowers such as sunflowers, aster, morning glories, chrysanthemums, roses and geraniums are now blooming here. I love the Japanese style. We have an old Japanese garden in our city. I am very happy there! Dear Ryoko, I sincerely wish you more time for your wonderful cookies and for everything here! 1000 Hugs from me to you!! ❤️😘❤️@Ryoko ~Cookie Ave.
